Willow Croft Residential Home (for 51 residents of both sexes in single and double rooms, including provision for married couples), situated on 2 acres of land at Fulwood was officially opened Wenesday 30th October 1963 by the Lord Mayor, Isidore Lewis. The name of the home is derived from the original field of the same name.
